Kathy,

I wonder whether what your vet described as a wart is the same thing as 
what some vets call "chin acne" (which can also occur in the mouth). 
When one of my dogs was young, roughly the age your Tallulah is now, he 
got several of these "chin acne" bumps on his chin and lips. He was 
given an oral antibiotic and topical wipes, and the bumps eventually 
cleared completely.
