[Dailydrool] Snow Nose

Yes King Frank was diagnosed by the vet with vitiligo and when you look it up in dogs it refers to it being called snow nose. Its suppose only get as bad as what ever it does in the first 3 months. King Frank has it on the bridge of his snoot and the nostril and he has also lost the pigmentation in his gums and around the eye these places where black and they are now pink.

We recently lost Maggie who was actually a buffer between King Frank and Mabel as he had no use for those two girls. We currently leave the tv on when we are gone due to his separation anxiety and we leave it on at night  without the sound for Maggie who would not sleep after her Paw left at 3 am. So besides Maggie going to the bridge nothing has changed but I have noticed him scratching and chewing that he wasn't doing before.

Thought I would post the question to the Drool as I find they are more experience withproblems with bassets than most vets.
