maybe you should consider putting in a doggie door, thing with that, you still wont know if she went potty unless you go outside with her ! she may be insecure  for a while as everything is new to her once again, she had a life with with puppies and now she doesn't .  also, have her checked for a bladder infection . just my two cents worth, not worth much.
