Our late Elsinore had to be on prednisone a few times, and each time it turned her horribly nasty. She was so foul-tempered while on it that at times I got the impression that not even she liked herself any more. Prednisone never made her extra thirsty or in need of frequent trips to the backyard, but oh did it turn her mean!

When I’m on prednisone for sinus problems I end up suffering pure, unadulterated insomnia for about five nights.
