If you can find one buy a children's plastic bucket like they take to the
beach and cut out the bottom also remove the handle. Make small holes in
the side of the bucket near the bottom and tie two pieces of ribbon to them
and you have a fairly restrictive e collar that is, perhaps, more difficult
to get off.
or not. (Tie it to a tight collar.)
Do not be tempted to leave the dog without it.
