Riche was born on September 7, 1931 and passed away on Thursday, October 17,
2019. The magazine publisher for The Bugler and a United States Navy veteran
of Korea, she was the daughter of the late Murray F. Boucher and Billie Jo
Boucher Redd. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu
of flowers, donations may be made to "HAWC" (Helping Animals in Warren
County) c/o 169 Paws Trail, McMinnville, TN 37110.
