[Dailydrool] Armadillos

Dear Merta Lou,
You are not required to have a bath after tangling with an armadillo. The
mom does threaten to wash your mouth out with soap, but she didn't really
do it. I did get checked over from head to toe to make sure the nasty
creatures didn't actually break any skin. They didn't. I mean, I am a
mighty huntress after all. Then I had to hear a long lecture about how I
shouldn't try to play or kill armadillos. They are not like other
creatures. It went on longer than that, but I just didn't care. So I didn't
listen. And let me tell you! If any other of those nasty creatures come
into the yard, you have better believe I will go after them again!
