Hi all, Snoopy here,
I was very sorry to hear that YaYa packed her bags and headed for the bridge.  They are never with us long enough.  I hope the day comes soon when her memory will bring more smiles than tears.  And I'm glad that she is playing, pain free, at the bridge.
When I read her thoughtful memorial, it reminded me of our Gracie, who left for the bridge unexpectedly a few years back while momPerson was in London.  Toilet paper was never safe from Gracie, we lived with closed bathroom doors for years.
They make a mark on us, all of them.  I've been here over 10 years I've watched them come in, I've watched them get adopted, I've watched them become Rutz hounds, I've watched them leave for the bridge and here I am, at nearly 15 1/2, I'm pretty much the last hound standing of the old guard.
Is there another OEBE left out there??
More later from Snoopy, OEBE, Curator of Missing Objects, who needs a napwith Samantha Jane the Treeing walker coon hound (and thief extraordinaire)and Chomper who is very very cute but he bites if he doesn't like you and he don't like most people much
