[Dailydrool] PS to Elizabeth - Dealing with the unthinkable Emergency

For that unthinkable emergency of a "Hound Down" and needing to get dead
weight into a car, I got a doggie stretcher for Christmas from my
Granddaughters.

I have only had to use it once last spring, when my "big girl" Sandy went
down in the rear and I had to get her to the vet.  It worked well and was
fairly simple to use.

Also, as an aside, Sandy is now up and walking and RUNNING with the other
dogs.  We did this without surgery (bulging disc) and she and I did much of
the rehab here at home also.
