I recently had a client who was moving to HI to join her husband when he came back from Iraq...she had to get the dog's medical stuff, shots & all, updated, and get papers showing it was all done--she then had 6 months to move the dog to HI before she would have to do it all over again.

Hawaiian quarantine regulations were changed a couple of years ago. I am not 
sure what they are, now, but I think you can bring a dog in if  it is over a 
certain age and you can prove it has had the entire set of Rabies Vaxs. I 
would hve to check on it but if the Army is moving them I am sure they know 
what the regs are. Uh Hunh.
