[Dailydrool] truman update

So Truman's Bile Acids test came back normal... so it still left us scratching our heads as to?why his liver is enlarged, why he can't concentrate his urine, why he is urinating inappropriately, stinky stinky urine, and why his right kidney shows irregularities/enlargement on the ultrasound but NOTHING has shown up on ANY of the bloodwork!!
?So we ultrasounded him again today after he urinated twice in the house today and during the ultrasound we looked at ALL of his major organs and the dr. also took a LONG time with Truman trying?to see if he could isolate the painful area in his abdomen and low and behold the only place Truman vocalized pain at was over his Right kidney. Every time the vetman ran his hand over it Truman cried. And when we were ultrasounding and the vet had the ultrasound probe on Tru's right kidney he cried. So even though his bloodwork doesn't show any abnormalities with his kidney we are going to go ahead and treat with baytril (an antibiotic) ?for 2 weeks and see if we can?alleviate the symptoms and hopefully Truman's pain and inappropriate, stinky urine will resolve... It is just hard to believe that EVERY test we have run, cbc, superchem, urinalysis, t-4, cushings/addisons testing, all came back normal but he has these abnormalities in his kidney and an enlarged liver. 
So we are doing the antibiotics and monday morning we are ordering the "Renal Support" supplements from Standard Process. 
Thanks so much for all of the drool. Keep slinging it! If the antibiotics don't work we will have to go and see a specialists and get a kidney biopsy.... Reagan wants her Bubba back and is tired of playing with Momma while her Bubba Truman sleeps!!
