The House of Puddles Miracle Buppies are ready for their new home!

April has gone home!

On Saturday, Marilyn picked April up from her and the buppies's foster home and she is now back at her permanent home at House of Puddles.  Marilyn repawts that April was so happy to be back at HOP she ran around in circles with the other olddogs, acting like a buppy herself.  Not too shabby for such an old dog!

Gail, April and the bups' foster mom, had told Marilyn last week that April stopped letting the buppies nurse (sharp teeth!) and she was having to work hard to keep them from feeding at the "trough" and Marilyn was more than ready to bring her home, so Marilyn went to pick April up and the buppies stayed at their foster home for now.

The buppies are now 9 weeks old, plenty old enough to leave Momma April.  Freddie and Rudy are well over 10 lbs each--bigger than cats already!!  April went home to HOP just as the bups were preparing for their second visit with their adoptive family!  It isn't final yet, but it looks like both buppies will be going home TOGETHER with a new family soon!  We are so happy they will get to stay together fur-ever, and their new family will be close enough that they can visit their Momma April too!
