[Dailydrool] So what was it that Rupert ate?

My curiosity is getting to me. So what was the "mushroom-shaped", "probably plastic" item that Rupert ate? I've been wracking my brains for the past couple of days trying to imagine what item would fit this description and have only come up with "a champagne cork" from the archives of my mind.
