Pam, #1I think your spot for Popeye sounds absolutely beautiful! #2 I agree
with you and all the droolers here that you should stand up to your mother
on this matter and do it now, before Mitzi needs buried. Another spot is
needed for Mitzi and your mom should take part in choosing/designing the
area. Certainly not where Popeye rests in peace.
