[Dailydrool] Basset needing help update

GOOD NEWS. (I think) I just spoke to the person that has the basset boy. She took him to a vet and they scanned him for a chip and they have contacted his owner. She said his owner is a neighbor, sort of and that she has had this dog almost a week and no one came looking for him but they have located his owner.
