I would have my regular Vet look at it if it has not gotten better in a day
or two. It may be that what you have is a hematoma caused by the sting. It
may need to be drained. What happens is that blood and/or serum collects in
between the front and back of the ear, forcing them apart. It may resorb but
I would try some warmth on it rather than a cold pack. The warmth helps the
blood flow to the area and helps it resorb.
