If I didn't have the Daily Drool:

Having always had cats, I would never have thought to rescue a dog--let
alone a basset--let alone THREE!

I would not have become like my mother and have my furniture covered in
throws

I would never have known what it's like to clean out gunk-filled ears,
clip nails, and clean up poop and pee in the house, although I wish THAT
pleasure had been indefinitely postponed!

I would never have thought I would know whose poop it was just by
looking at it;)

My home would not be completely fenced in, or gated like Fort Knox.

I would never have stayed up all night, terrified and praying, with a
sick hound.

I would never have spent a good half hour just studying the ingredients
on bags of kibble.

I would never, ever, have entertained the thought of having dogs in bed
with me.

My workstation would never have become a paean to the basset hound:)

I would never had organized a Gotcha Day! party for my boys, and mailed
out invitations to friends.

My vocabulary would have never included such words as pee-dee muff,
OEBE, counter-cruising, poopsickle, snooters, and the Rainbow Bridge.

I would never have met, virtually and otherwise, the most knowledgable,
generous, devoted, passionate, yet compassionate, group of people in the
entire world...

And this is just to name a very few of the joys I would never have known
but for the Daily Drool!
