Please buy some Benadryl. Please.

Wasps and bees are different. As I am sure you have noted.
Wasps do things like this:
I am at work. At the Vetspital. The phone is for me. It is hubbie.
"What do I do for bee stings?"
I automatically note the use of the plural. Bees do not sting multiple times
unless you fall into the hive or are caught eating their Queen. (I always
wanted to be beekeeper.)
"Where were the bees?"
"I was mowing the yard, pulled a thistle out by the roots and these BEES
came boiling out of the ground an attacked me. I'm wearing shorts! They're
all over my legs. I ran in the house and tried to brush them off and they
stung my hands. I have claw marks on my legs where I tried to get them off.
I am stomping them here in the house!"
"Ok, these are not bees, these are yellow jackets which are wasps and sting
and sting and sting. They don't sting and die like bees."
Doc is in the room listening to my end of the conversation. Hubbie has
mega-allergies. He is allergic to things we don't even know about.
Doc leaves the room and comes back, one huge paw piled high with Benadryl.
He says "Go Home. Give him these. Watch him."

As it happened, wasps are not something-- possibly the only thing-- to which
Hubbie is NOT allergic.
Zelda, however, is not so lucky and her encounter resulted in hives, swollen
face, swollen tongue, epinephrine and dexamethasone shots and a night in
Vetspital.

So doggone it, lady, GET SOME BENADRYL!!!!!!!!

Love and Drool to Santana's nosey and your nerves from
Nigel, Llewis, Mitchell, Zelda and Cooper
