[Dailydrool] Adopting a dog across rescue catchment areas

In response to this post, yes there are dozens of unwanted bassets in our
state. With so many in our care and no place to put even them, i am not able
to rescue any from shelters at this time. I could put anyone in touch with
those shelters in this state to help get some of them adopted or rescued,
etc.
I wake up at night and cant sleep just thinking about them.
