[Dailydrool] Basset mental capacity

Basset hounds may be perpetual 2 year olds when it comes to
their stubborness, but they certainly can think tasks
through.  We have 4 hounds and stairs to get onto the bed. 
Whoever gets on the bed first will lay at the top of the
stairs so that the other hounds can't get up. Daisy has
solved this problem by running to the door and barking as if
someone was there.  Then they all run to the door to see,
and Daisy runs up and gets on the bed.  Ann
