[Dailydrool] Home Again Microchip question

I have a question mainly for rescue groups who use Home Again microchips (if any do) We have a dog in rescue with a Home Again chip already implanted but it is not registered.  I called Home Again and they said to register her with our rescue info which we have done.  But now  she has her forever home. Is there paper work that I must obtain so they can change her microchip info?  Home Again customer service wasn't very knowledgable.
