[Dailydrool] Help with underarm yeast

Can anyone tell me the best remedy for the brown yukky yeast that gets under the "armpits" of a Basset?  My Harry just started having some issues with it.  I have tried Stridex pads and Gold Bond powder in the past, but this time around it looks red and sore underneath and I think the Stridex would burn.  Help?  Thanks!
