[Dailydrool] question about making basset ears for a wannabe

Has anyone made a set of basset ears to put on a wannabe?  I'm looking for a pattern.  I can pretty well figure out how to cut the ears out of a piece of material, but I'm wondering about how to fasten them on the dog's head.  Maybe some kind of headband?
