[Dailydrool] neighbourhood dog walking

Hi Val,

Let me get this straight, you are walking your dogs on a leash at a slow pace, you pick up after your dogs 
and your ugly neighbours think you are a problem?  HMMMM..Please DO NOT alter your routine to accomodate 
your neighbours.  I walk my dogs all through my neighbourhood and the chained dogs howl and bark.  Guess 
what, I do not care.  I am being a good pet owner they are not.  One beagle near my house goes crazy when 
we walk by.  His "owner" just yells at him from the back porch.  

Your neighbours cannot stop you from walking your dogs nor can they really ask you not to walk by their 
house.  If you are on a public sidewalk, tough beans for them.  However, if you fear for your safety alter 
your route but please do not cave in.  You have just as much right to use your neighbourhood as they do.
