[Dailydrool] Upsetting neighborhood norms

Get the neighbor that has stopped walking their dogs to go with you,
power in numbers.  In the mean time, call your local animal control for
help.  You have every right to walk your dogs where you live, as much as
your neighbors have to not walk their dogs.  If all else fails, file a
complaint at the police department.
