Lots of drool being sent!  I hope this sweet pup survives.

I also hope your brother (in-law?) will file complaints with whatever agencies he can - The Better Business Bureau, Colorado Consumer Affairs - the whole 9 yards.  

This should not be allowed to happen, but it so often does.

Get well, little one!  The Bridge doesn't need you for many, many years.
