[Dailydrool] May 23 calendar boy- Bogart (an AZBHR alum!)

Today's Drool Colander page is graced by our beloved Bogart.  Today is the 10th anniversary of his gotcha day.  He was 8 months old when we adopted him; he was one of the first official rescues of AZ Basset Hound rescue.  He joined our family when my husband and I were engaged.  So during his time with us, he has seen us get married, live in an apartment then two houses- upgrading with each move of course!  Then he has also been home for the first day we brought home both of our beautiful baby boys (two leggers that is) who are now 7 and 2 years old respectively.  He shared his house with our previous golden lab who passed away from pancreatic cancer two years ago after which he welcomed our current 4year old golden lab into the fold.  He has vacationed at grandma's house when we go away and he loves hosting holiday parties at our house.  He is a HUGE mommy's boy that sleeps in bed with us (we upgraded to a king size mattress to accommodate him), loves to talk, and loves his belly rubs.  He's even bounced back from major health issues two years ago related to his inflammatory bowel disease which is now very much under control.   We love him dearly.  He will getting extra spoiled today!!  We love you Bogart!!!
