[Dailydrool] Nectarines

I walked into the lounge to find both hounds contentedly lying on the rug, clattering something small and hard inside their mouths. I knew I had thrown out all the bones, so was puzzled - until I saw the empty punnet which had held a dozen nectarines.
I collected and counted the stones, which was not a popular move, and waited for the rumbling tums.
Nothing happened.

They really love their fruit. I even buy them their own bunch of bananas. How well trained am I?
