[Dailydrool] OEBE and stuff

Been so busy have had only little bits of time to scan the Drool.  
Before i am off to vote, want to say:
Drool for Bob, and for smooshy Dulcie, who has problems to face. We  
are slinging for you, and the hounds who are in need.
And for all who are feeling better--stay that way!
Glad to hear Sirius is accepted into OEBE. How about Sir Silliness,  
Official Taste-Tester?
And yes, it sounds like Pita/Ginger is heading that way, although not  
yet two; her OEBE traits might still be youthful transgressions? But  
she sounds like a real Home Staging consultant.

Did the OEBE directory ever get published? I would like to see a list  
of all those hounds enrolled; also maybe a refresher on OEBE rights  
and responsiblities? And for BABES?
