Dear Nigel,
  How boutz you draft a re-strayning order gainst Mr. Cooper Sir so as he don't getz too nearz you or sinks his choppers in youz again?  Thas legal stuff, rite?  I'm not sure iff'n he kin be a re-stray iff'n he's neber been a stray to start out wif, tho, so's maybe youz need a stray-ning order insted.  Either way, iff'n he's throne out on da streetz an becomes a stray, that's good for you.  Bo says a re-strayning order gits a violaytor throne in jail, not the streetz.  Well, thas okay too--iff'n Mr. Cooper Sir has to stay in da crate all da time, rite?  What you think?  Good idee? Us'n hounds need to stick togedder.  Harley
