[Dailydrool] Whitehouse puppy, Potassium Bromide, Christmas raffle

Hi all, I would just like to say, firstly, that I am not quite sure I'm 
happy about this first puppy thing.  I hope it won't be a basset ... all 
I can think is "poor puppy".  If these people have never had a puppy, 
have allergies (if, I say) and the fact that they will be leading a VERY 
hectic life, travelling etc .... where's the puppy going to find a 
"normal" home life ????? Hmmm

Secondly, potassium bromide.  When La Pw Misty had her seizures all 
those years back (some of you may remember) she was on Gardenal and when 
we went to the UK we met a holistic vet who suggested Potassium 
Bromide.  It was brilliant. We weaned her off the Gardenal slowly and 
onto the P B. There were NO side effects and towards the end of her life 
there were no more seizures.

Raffle - Christmas Raffle for the Basset Rescue Un Coeur sous l'Oreille 
here in France.  I am selling tickets at 3$ each (I take paypal).  ALL 
moneys go to the doggies - I found sponsors for the pressies and I will 
take on postage myself.  The winner will get a digital camera - 5M 
pixels, and there are other (much smaller) prizes too!  Puleeze help our 
French houndies.
