A little over a week ago Beverly posted recalling her experience while
working for a kennel, in response to the "Spay or not to Spay" thread. I
read it, and after about an hour of crying, a few more hours of breaking
things, and then a few hours contemplating tracking down a phone number for
Beverly and calling (no doubt waking her up as I'm in CA and she's somewhere
East of that), to apologize on behalf of the whole human race for the fact
that those healthy happy dogs were put to sleep, and that she had to witness
it, I calmed down judt enough to decide to write my fellings on it.

I opted to write in to the DD, but by the time I got to two pages of text, I
realized it was a bit much for the DD. So, I decided to bow to some
long-term peer pressure and start my own blog. My blog about the issue, and
most specifically about the horror of the forced euthanization of dogs in
this country, and what it all says about the human race, is the first real
blog on the page so it's easy to find. It is heavy handed, I tend to be
passionate and outspoken, but I welcome comments and opinions to the
comments section or to my e-mail.

My blog is at http://stolenseasons.blogspot.com/
