[Dailydrool] Puppy Mill or BYB

After looking at the website, my guess is that these people are probably  
using their dogs as a business.
APRI is a registry that is not recognized by most reputable breeders.   Also, 
the Basset Hounds in the picture are not show quality, and have some  faults. 
 However, I do like the fact that they provide health papers on the  dogs.
