[Dailydrool] Bassets at KC area shelter

A news story on the 9 PM Fox station said that mills are closing at a record
pace in KS due to the recent economy.  They interviewed the Lawrence KS
humane society and they appear to have more than one recent Basset addition.
The rep said that they keep lists of those who want the pure breeds and
mentioned BH as one of the popular ones.  I figure Helena or Kelly will have
already heard this, but wanted to give the heads up to the KC/Topeka/Wichita
crowd that there are, as always, needs.
