[Dailydrool] basset found in Mississippi

There is a tri colored basset found in Mississippi in the area of Choctaw
Ridge. It is a small horse rescue group that found him and is hanging on to
him.
I dont think he? is neutered so far.
If you can take him in, that would be great.
