[Dailydrool] submissive peeing

I have a question for the collective knowledge of the DD folks.  Our new 
foster has started submissive peeing.  We had her about a week before she 
started this behavior.  She does it with every member of the family.  We'd 
really like to keep this little girl and have been making sure she is 
included in all areas of the house.  However, it irritates my husband to no 
end when she piddles on the carpet.  How is the best way to handle this 
situation?
