[Dailydrool] the great groundhog fairy

just in case you were wondering....yes virginia...there is a great groundhog fairy & she does deliver!!!!
 
mr cooper the bassetter has his wishes come through yet again!  today at the dog park he begain the spring groundhog season by slaying one of them wild beasties...much to the surprise  (and HORROR! of the small dog park people) of the other dog park inhabitants.  
 
this would be groundhog # 7 for him (1 for 2009, 5 for the 08 season, 1 for 07).  i had thought there would be some time before opening day but alas i was wrong.
 
he did sustain 2 small nicks on his face and ear but nothing severe.  i however am drinking heavily (i can only imagine what the small dog park people are doing...they like they're dogs are rather hi strung!).
 
now before ayone gets upset EACH & EVERY GROUNDHOG WAS TAKEN WHILE INSIDE THE FENCE OF THE DOG PARK.  IF YOU ARE A GROUNDHOG AND INSISIT UPON PLAYING WITH THE DOGS THEN YOU ARE NOT TOO SHARP.
 
he has spent all winter sitting and waiting and praying to the almighty groundhog fairy for them hoggies to fall from the sky and drop by the fence line...and lo and behold it worked.  
 
now he will be waiting for that subscription to playbitch.
