[Dailydrool] Another stray

A vet tech from my vet's office found a stray Basset bitch today  
(probably 2 to 3 years old).  The vet tech found no scratches or  
wounds, found the throat to look fine, and did find dirty ears. The  
Basset seems scared, but friendly. She is a black blanket tri-color,  
and is in the Northern Kentucky/Indiana area.  If  anyone can possibly  
take her or even foster her, please let me know.
