Pat - Heart healing drool is being sent your way for your loss of Oliver.  Your sentiments were so sweet.  Flash is 10 and 1/2 and I worry about him quite a bit.  I hope the girls can help you through this difficult time. 

Senior drool for Bud and Barney that they are just having a little blip that they need to work out. And getting job drool for mom :)

Tummy settling drool for Buford.  I could totally picture him as a majorette.  It would probably be better just to bring him to camp and have him keep time with his tail.

Carol - Depending if you think she would snap at you this is what I do to Ryu when he does that to Flash.  He will do that when Flash gets too close to my fiance, bc he is "his" human.  Sometimes over treats when they are in a corner of the kitchen too.  I yell to get his attention to stop and then put him down on his side and make him stay there.  He had never punctured skin until last week when Flash got two small cuts on the inside of his ear.  Well I almost hit the roof bc Flash's ears are one of my most favorite parts of him :)  Ryu was in the kennel for the day and had a note communicating that he was in "truble" that day.  Ryu would never (as I jinx myself) snap at us so I don't worry about that when I put him on his side.  But if you aren't comfortable with knowing what she will do I would recommend finding a behaviorist that might be able to help iron out the kinks in the relationship btwn the two and with you and Maggie.
