[Dailydrool] Houndsbay?

Hi everyone, well I don't know if it's just my  computer, but just about 
every site on Houndsbay said it was not available, or  under construction, or 
shut down.
Is this something new?
I can get to the main home page, but after that,  forget it.
I tried to find Basset vets in Minnesota, and even  the map didn't show 
up..............
help????
