As we say "They don't read the book." Although many of your dogs with Ehrlichia may have presented with a high fever not all dogs with this infection will present that way. Normally when I have seen it they dogs seem lethargic with or without a fever but almost always with cell counts. Glad she is on antibiotics and on the mend :)
