[Dailydrool] Leash Light

I have a friend who needs a leash light for her dog.  I'd like to refer her to a rescue.  I have one that clips onto the collar or harness and blinks in different colors.  I use it when I walk the dogs early in the morning or in the evening and it's dark.  I'm pretty sure I bought it from a rescue, and I've looked around but can't find it.  Any rescues out there sell something like this?
