I'm also looking for something like this. I have a battery-operated glowstick that I attached to the leash handle, so traffic can see me. But I need something to attach to Basil's collar so I can see him! With him being all black, it's lucky I haven't broken my neck yet  - walking after dark, he completely vanishes and I've tripped over him many times.

  I have a friend who needs a leash light for her dog.  I'd like to refer her to a rescue.  I have one that clips onto the collar or harness and blinks in different colors.  I use it when I walk the dogs early in the morning or in the
evening and it's dark.  I'm pretty sure I bought it from a rescue, and I've looked around but can't find it.  Any rescues out there sell something like this?
