[Dailydrool] Chaps

I went in to vote on the Basset of the Week and saw Chaps.  He looks so much like our BarneyBoy that we lost in Oct. at age 14.  I am looking for another who looks like him.  Can the person who owns Chaps email me and let me know where he came from?  Is he a rescue or did you have him from a puppy?
