[Dailydrool] Maggie, pancreatitis etc.

Miss Becky had pancreatitis and signs were there for about four months until she was almost on her last legs. I checked on Merck vet and another site It was on said it might be pancreatitis. By the time we got her into Calgary she was almost gone and was sent back to Airdrie to the vet out there where she stayed all night.
I got her back next day and she did recover but had bouts of diahreah etc. With that you just can't make any
changes in food at all.  Vet in Calgary put her on Royal Cainin low fat and metrozodale and she has been good since.
It is a painful disease and nothing I had heard of before so lesson learned.

without the met pill she wouldn't be here. She still gets boiled chicken breast without the potatoes she got when sick and she insists on it.
