[Dailydrool] Squirrels . . . Or Are They . . .

At our house, squirrels are . . . EVIL WOODLAND CREATURES 
FROM SATAN.  Well, that's what Frazier thinks anyway.  And 
after all the years of backyard observing, I'm actually inclined to 
believe him.  The squirrels run innocently around the yard 
collecting whatever they are after, but Frazier & Frances (Bootiful 
ATB) would sit at the family room sliding door or living room 
picture window, tracking THE ENEMY.  Once the door was 
opened they would tear out of the house after the closest one.  
Of course the squirrels ran up a tree, but it didn't end there.  The 
squirrels actually would then taunt the buppies.  They would 
dangle from the branches just over their heads, jump from branch 
to branch to telephone wire and even climb part way down the 
tree and back again.  I would laugh my heart out watching the 
commotion.  I've often wondered why the buppies would leave a 
soft warm bed to run up to the window and look out.  Did some 
bewitching little critter knock on the door to get their attention 
and then run away . . . Evil lurks in the minds of WOODLAND 
CREATURES . . . Ha, Ha, Ha! (Yes, that was the evil laugh and 
yes, I am crazy . . . Ha, Ha, Ha!)
