I don't known if this is considered advertising or not but will find out.
I bought some of those Shamwow orange pads soaker pads and they are amazing.  I spilled coffee on rug and    put one of the pads on it and it immediately sucked it all up.
I ordered some more. They ones at dollar stores are not as good at all.
So just a tip
You just wash them no fleecy and wring out.
