<< I was put on probation for two years back in 1992 for breaking a car
window on a 93 degree day to rescue a Dachshund from a closed, "YES
completely closed windows " at a Home Depot the people were arrested for
animal cruelty but I was also
punished for " Malicious destruction of personal property ">>
I can't quite understand why these people weren't thanking you. Neighbors of
ours somehow forgot their dog in their car, and she died. These folks are
not uncaring about their dogs, but they came home, rushed over to the
neighbors, where they were due for something, and forgot the dog. (OK, I
admit it, I don't quite understand how they could forget the dog....) But
I'm sure if someone had done something to save the dog, they would have been
grateful. These things really do happen, and good dog owners should show
some concern, not press charges.
I never leave my dogs in the car when it even could be hot. I don't
understand what people are thinking. Cars and dogs really don't
mix--especially in hot weather.
