[Dailydrool] Baxter's newest mission

Though he's not certain of the requirements, Baxter has begun his attempts
to earn admission to the OEBE.

Really, it's my fault for leaving my copy of *A Tale of Two Cities* within
his reach, but I certainly didn't expect him to rip it apart quite the way
he did. I should have taken more pictures.
