[Dailydrool] Basset in Need in Birmingham AL! Time is of the essence!

There is a basset in the Birmingham Jefferson Animal Control in
Birmingham AL that is not going to be pulled by BHRA or ABBR.  They are
not able to pull her at this time.  She is heartworm negative.  Her
adoption number is 659.  She looks to be about 7 years old.  The animal
